After a 26 year collaboration in Afro-Caribbean music, vocalist/percussionist Willie Hernandez teams up with trombonist/arranger Randy Zimmerman to produce a tribute to Hector Lavoe, "El Cantante De Los Cantantes," the singer of singers.
